Ahlam Narham

An expert in data management and artificial intelligence, she is currently in charge of Data and AI Policy in the Office of the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform in Morocco. With previous experience as Chief Data Visualization Officer at the Directorate General of Public Finance, she helped shape public data policies. Prior to this, she held senior positions at Société Générale, BPCE and HSBC, acquiring diverse expertise in both the public and private sectors. Her strategic leadership and commitment to innovation distinguish her as a key player in shaping policies to harness the potential of data and AI for socio-economic development.
