Solutions Forum Speaking Opportunities
Overview
ID4Africa invites key industry stakeholders to apply for a limited number of sponsored speaking opportunities in the Solutions Forum at the ID4Africa 2027 AGM, taking place in Cape Town, South Africa, from 15-18 June 2027. A maximum of 10 speaking slots will be available. The Solutions Forum offers selected companies an exceptional platform to share proven solutions and implementation experience with a high-level audience of about one thousand African government representatives, development partners and industry leaders. It runs as a 2-part plenary session the morning of day 2, June 16. Each speaking slot is 20 minutes, comprising a 15-min presentation followed by 5-mins of audience Q&A. Presentations must comply with the ID4Africa Editorial Policy: they must be substantive, evidence-based, designed to support knowledge transfer and cannot contain sales and marketing pitches.
Review & Selection
All submissions will be evaluated competitively, and shortlisted companies will be interviewed (via Zoom) before the final selection is made.
Selection Criteria
Proposals will be assessed on the extent to which they:
- Present an actual solution that has been successfully deployed, rather than a concept or prototype.
- Demonstrate clear relevance to current African needs, priorities and operating environments.
- Identify the key partners involved and clearly explain their respective roles.
- Provide evidence of tangible results or impact.
- Share practical implementation experience, including key lessons learned, challenges encountered and approaches used to overcome them.
- Offer actionable insights that African governments and implementing partners can apply or adapt within their own contexts.
Preference will be given to proposals that go beyond describing what was delivered and demonstrate the practical value of the experience for others.
Sponsorship Contribution
