Aurea Quaresma dos Santos Fernandes is the National Director of the CICC (Civil and Criminal Identification Center) at the Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Human Rights in Sao Tome & Principe. She has worked as a Public Servant at the Ministry of Justice of Sao Tome, in the General Directorate for Registries and Notaries for 20 years and currently holds the rank of Third class Higher Technician. She has a Degree in Law, Public Administration and Political Sciences from the University of Sao Tome e Principe.
