Boide Ould Sghair

Dr. Boide Ould Sghair is currently Director General of the State Digital Agency, the Mauritanian government’s main instrument for digital transformation in both the public administration and socio-economic sectors. He was Secretary General of the National Agency for the Population and Secure Titles Register for 9 years, Technical Director of the same Agency for 3 years and an IT consultant in the banking sector for 10 years in France. Dr. Boide Ould Sghair holds a PhD in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Université de la Méditerranée, Aix-Marseille II, and is a Professor at the University of Nouakchott.
