François Joseph Nnemete Beyeme is a specialist in digital affairs and is currently Deputy Director of Telecommunications and ICT Regulation at Cameroon’s Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. He has considerable international experience and academic training in the field. He studied Physics at the University of Yaoundé 1, Economics at the University of Rennes 1 in France, and Telecommunications Management in the Age of Convergence at the United Kingdom Telecommunication Academy. He holds certifications from the United States Telecommunications Training Institute (USTTI), the American University Washington College of Law (AUWCL), and the Fletcher School Institute at Tufts University, respectively in telecommunications regulatory policy, digital currency and 5G technology. His expertise covers telecommunications and ICT policy and regulation, support for the digital transformation of organizations, and young digital entrepreneurship.
