Kiltioson Quaresma de Oliveira Viegas

Kiltioson Quaresma de Oliveira Viegas is a multidisciplinary professional with a solid academic background and experience in the Public Administration of São Tomé and Príncipe. He has a master’s degree in Economics and Management applied to Business, as well as a degree in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering. Since 2009, he has been a member of the São Toméan Public Administration, performing crucial functions at the Institute of Innovation and Knowledge (INIC), where he rose to the position of Government Network Administrator. INIC, whose purpose is to implement the Information and Knowledge Society in São Tomé and Príncipe, also recognized him as a member of the Board of Directors in 2019, entrusting him with the role of Technical Administrator. In addition, he stands out as coordinator of the CISCO Academy in STP and instructor of the CCNA course, highlighting his significant contribution to the country’s technological and scientific development.
