Rahel Abraham

Rahel Abraham serves as Deputy Director and Programs Director of the National Identification Program of Ethiopia (NIDP) and Head of East and Southern Africa Operations at MOSIP. She holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science from Sweden and Ethiopia, respectively. She has over ten years of experience managing several complex technology and development projects across the telecom, financial, and health sectors in Africa. Prior to working with NIDP and MOSIP, she served in leadership positions including Implementation Director, Agile PM, and developer with USAID-DHA, Paga, and EthioTelecom.
