Wendbé Ferdinand Yougbare

Wendbé Ferdinand YOUGBARE is the Director General of Digital Transformation. The General Directorate of Digital Transformation is a central structure of the Ministry of Digital Transition, Posts and Electronic Communications. Its mission is to ensure the development of the industry and the promotion of digital uses. One of the responsibilities of this General Directorate is to coordinate the implementation of the interoperability of personal identity databases through the establishment of a fundamental identification system. He is also a Director representing the Ministry of Digital Transition, Posts and Electronic Communications on the Board of Directors of the National Identification Office (ONI). Previously, he held the position of Urban Planner for Information Systems at the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Foresight.
